Safer Healthcare Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging and contain all original components in like-new condition by the original purchaser and be accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days.  Open multimedia (including DVDs, CDs and CD-ROMs) may be exchanged only for the exact same item and may not be returned for refund. If any product you receive is defective, we will gladly replace the item for the same item. Please contact customer service at 303-298-8083 for assistance. Refunds will be issued according to original form of payment.

Products are shipped in the United States via FedEx ground shipping. Orders placed outside the United States will be shipped via USPS  r FedEx international economy shipping. FedEx Ground deliveries generally take approximately 3-5 business days. International deliveries/shipping times will vary depending on location.
