Crew Resource Management Team Training Workshop
Crew Resource Management (CRM) is an integrated training, process improvement and management system that uses all available resources including people, process and technology to enhance safety and operational efficiency. 8-hour and 4-hour training programs are offered.
Lean Principles in Healthcare
The Lean Principles in Healthcare Workshop is designed to transfer the working knowledge, skills and tools required to develop, implement and sustain an organization-wide lean transformation. Beyond theory, the workshop is practical and pragmatic approach to lean improvements and application. 4-hour, 8-hour and 3-day workshops are offered.
SBAR Skill Development Training Workshop
SBAR training workshops teach staff members how to use the SBAR communication model and accelerate the roll-out and usage of SBAR in your organization. Instructors use drills, exercises and interactive discussions together with multimedia illustrations to teach staff how to effectively use SBAR in daily healthcare settings.1.5-hour workshops are delivered on-site by a certified instructor for a total of 4 workshops per day.
Facilitation Skills and Techniques Workshop
The course is designed for individuals who want to learn how to work more effectively to help healthcare groups achieve important goals. This intensive, two-day course is designed especially for individuals who want to learn how to work more effectively and help groups achieve important goals. The course teaches participants how to use 15 different practical techniques and tools to use with groups and gives guidance on how to be a competent facilitator. 1-day and 2-day workshops are offered.
TeamSTEPPS Train-the-Trainer Workshop
This course is delivered by Master Trainers on-site at client facilities and is an intensive 5 day course. This hands-on workshop is designed to teach local trainers and coaches how to facilitate, instruct, implement and guide a TeamSTEPPS intervention.
